Ingredients (for about 8 / 10 flan)

For the sauce: 200 g gorgonzola dolce 100 g of milk 100 g of cream 1 egg yolk
Preparation
Cut the radicchio into julienne strips and cooked with spices, olive oil and shallots previously wilted. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until it is wilted. Soften the wine.
Mash the 3 / 4 and keep apart from the rest.
Beat eggs, cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Combine the radicchio milkshake.

Bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
Prepare the sauce in a pan, melt all ingredients together.
Serve with custard sauce in the mirror.
