Ingredients:
- 200g of flour
- 100g of sugar cane
- 50 g sugar normal
- 100g hazelnuts (with skin) - 100gr butter
- 1 egg
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- 70 grams of chocolate chips
- 20 g cocoa bitter
- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla.
Pour the flour mixture, chopped nuts, chocolate chips and cocoa.
Form small balls with the palms of your hands, press them lightly on a greased baking sheet and bake at 170 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
